Arkansas women's basketball is going global with their 2025 signing class! Meet the new recruits ready to hit the court and dazzle fans!

Arkansas women’s basketball head coach Mike Neighbors has turned a lot of heads this National Signing Day, announcing a diverse and internationally impressive 2025 signing class. Featuring three gifted new additions from different corners of the globe, the Razorbacks are poised to make waves in the upcoming seasons. ESPN 4-star guard Harmonie Ware from Cleveland, Tennessee, Australian guard Bonnie Deas, and Egyptian guard Aisha Hassan all signed on the dotted line, and they all bring unique talents that will surely benefit Arkansas’ play style and competitiveness.

Darius Acuff Jr., the nation’s #1 point guard for the class of 2025, also added some firepower to the Razorbacks with his recent commitment. His prowess on the court is not just a stat line; it’s a show-and-tell of basketball wizardry. Combining his skills with the incoming women’s talent promises to create a future where Arkansas's hoops are anything but average! Both players are expected to show off their skills in a sport-loving state that also balances a heart for theater, BBQ, and beautiful landscapes – a quirky tapestry that is uniquely Arkansas!

In addition to new arrivals, the Arkansas State women's basketball program recently took a delightful trip down memory lane by announcing their All-50 Year Team. This lineup features 12 all-conference selections and six A-State Athletics Hall of Honor inductees. A small school with a big history, Arkansas State is paying tribute to those who’ve helped elevate basketball in the region. With three former players earning titles as Sun Belt Conference Players of the Year, these inductees have set the bar high for generations to come!

When it comes to the competitive spirit, both the Arkansas Razorbacks and Arkansas State women’s basketball programs have demonstrated excellence and dedication. Whether on the court or off, basketball has proven to be a driving force for community spirit and pride in the Natural State, with fans eagerly looking forward to what the future holds. And as a fun fact to chew on while waiting for the season to kick off, did you know that Arkansas is home to the only known species of pine tree that grows exclusively in a swamp? Talk about building a unique ecosystem, not just in basketball but in nature too!
