Both of these teams come into tonight neck and neck in the standings and AS English will be with you all game providing live coverage, stats, scores and highlights of tonight’s marquee matchup from San Fran. Ingram was fouled shooting a buzzer beater from behind half court and he goes to the line to shoot three!!! With no Zion Williamson, he has taken it upon himself to be the Pelicans main scoring option in the second half of the season. Ingram had to get restrained again after Green was called for a charge and fell on to Jones in the aftermath. Ingram hits both FTs at the line and New Orleans gets the ball back. That's a 19-3 run for the Pelicans since late in the first quarter. McCollum strings a three ball off the kick out from Jones! Poole with the eurostep and reverse lay up after getting the bounce pass from Green! He hits both FTs and the Warriors get the ball back and Thomspon Drills a three ball!!! FT is good to complete the three point play.

Warriors Observations: Dubs Storm Back to Secure Late Win Vs ... (NBC Bay Area)

Down by as many as 20 points, the Warriors stormed back in the second half to secure a big 120-109 win over the Pelicans.

The lineup change did not go particularly well. The Pelicans (38-38) remain in eighth place. Green and Jones had words, with Ingram also sounding off. They battled the bigger Pelicans even on the glass, banged with them in the paint. Steve Kerr still has no Andrew Wiggins timeline; All-Star training on ... (NBC Sports Bay Area)

Andrew Wiggins will miss his 20th straight game due to a personal matter, but the Warriors haven't decided to.

Prior to this season, the fewest amount of games Wiggins had played was 54 in the 2019-20 COVID-shortened season. For now, Wiggins will continue to be out indefinitely with his possible return date being undetermined. Wiggins has played only 37 games in the 2022-23 campaign. He has missed the Warriors' last 19 games. "He's been working out every day," Kerr said. Wiggins hasn't played a game since Feb.

That's kind of the expectation at this point." "But when he walks in the door, it'll be when it's the right time for him. Draymond Green, Steph Curry highlight Bob Myers' value after ... (NBC Sports)

Draymond Green's fire fueled the Warriors to a wild win over the Pelicans. General manager Bob Myers played a major part in that, too.

Honing in his sheer will behind his intensity and frustration was the glue that kept Green and the Warriors together. The rest is history, and everything he and the Warriors have built could be history if Myers' future with the franchise isn't figured out in a hurry. "Whether it's in front of 19,000 and on the bench or whether it's a phone call or a text or conversation, whatever it is, there's a lot of trust in his perspective. The Warriors came out of the gates slow and needed a spark. Either way, it served as a prime example of the unmatched impact Myers has on the Warriors. Green played 17 minutes in the second half and attempted one shot. His late turnover Sunday night in the Warriors' ugly 99-96 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves played a major part in one of Golden State's most frustrating collapses of the season. Less than a minute later, Green was back in the game without a foul to give and just under four minutes left in regulation. For the night, Green was a game-high plus-26 in plus/minus over 33 minutes in the Warriors' 11-point win. But that's a relationship that has been built over the last 11 years, and that is a relationship that will continue to grow over the next 40 years. He knows what makes Green tick and what makes him go. "I got back in the huddle and challenged our guys and boosted the lead even more.

But they outscored the Pelicans 74-46 in the second half, including shooting 70% on their way to their second-biggest comeback of the season. "When I turned it up a notch, [Curry] turned it up another two notches," Green said. Curry scored 22 of his 38 points in the second half. "It feels like we've been in a playoff vibe for a couple weeks now," Curry said. "At the point that I'm going to put myself out there like that, you hope guys will back me up," Green said. Every game does matter." As Ingram made his way from the baseline back onto the court, he approached Green and the two exchanged words, resulting in some shoving. "I'm sure [Green] wouldn't go out on an island like that if he didn't have that confidence. Mad at the world, yelling at everybody -- their bench, our bench, me -- and frankly, we deserved it." "Just the intensity, the frustration early with the way we were playing. For me, if I'm going to change my intensity level, then why be out there?" Green will be fined $5,000 if the technical foul isn't rescinded over the next 24 hours -- which Green believes should happen.

“Green lit a fire and we were able to make the necessary adjustments and let our play speak for itself,” Curry said. Poole scored back-to-back layups to give the Warriors their first lead since the first quarter with 9:10 remaining in the game. So he dipped his shoulder and collided with Brandon Ingram as the Pelicans forward went out in transition. They spoiled a strong opening minute with costly fouls and careless turnovers, tallying 14 giveaways in the first two quarters alone. Curry and Poole led the Warriors in their second-half comeback, scoring 22 and 15 points, respectively, over the final two frames. SAN FRANCISCO — The Warriors have been teetering on the playoffs and play-in line.

The Warriors summoned their championship DNA in the second half to pull out a win they had to have.

Green lit a fire under the Warriors in a dysfunctional first half and it paid off in a masterclass second half. While the Warriors' heartbeat picked up a Flagrant 1 foul, his 17th technical foul and had five fouls, he willed Golden State to the victory. And it's been that way for a decade.

This is what it's going to take for the Warriors to finish out this regular season strong, hopefully stay out of the play-in, and do actual damage in the playoffs.
