That procession will start at 2:30 p.m., March 7 at Ingalls Mall at 881 N. The ceremony will feature a speech from Ono, as well as remarks from the following speakers: University Ave. The ceremony will be preceded by inauguration activities, including a procession march through Ingalls Mall that will close a part of Washington Street.
