General manager Ryan Poles spoke with Jeff Joniak Sunday on the Bears pregame radio show on WBBM Newsradio 780 AM and 105.9 FM.

We want that challenge, want to see if we can rise above it and play to that level, because at the end of the day, that's what we want to be, down the road is being an elite team that is gonna get everyone's best. The guys competed all day long and again, they're gonna have to have that same resilience and fight and compete with them this upcoming weekend. Yeah, I think now one of emphasis we'll have is can we keep certain units together and have continuity on the team. Very well-coached, so again, our team's gonna have the ability to get matched up with one of the best in the league and that's what we want. I think that's why it's important we continue to encourage our guys that are playing with a mentality that we ask them to have which is being tough and being able to battle the elements. So I'm looking forward to that and I think it's gonna help us. You can see some of the young guys gaining confidence and really believing in their skill level. So we get an opportunity to show some of our versatility and for these guys to show that they can perform at a high level at different positions. So I know that those two runners are gonna do a great job. However, they have somewhat shown the ability to stay with some of the best teams in the league. Those are the two best teams in the NFC. The Buffalo Bills are 11-3 with legit aspirations of making it to the Super Bowl.

With a win over the Chicago Bears, the Buffalo Bills would clinch the AFC East.

On second and 17, Fields pass is completed to Montgomery for 11 yards. On second and 10, Allen's pass to Davis is complete along the sideline for seven yards. Allen's pass is complete to Singletary and he gains nine yards. Hines gets the handoff and gains two yards. On third and five, Fields pass to Herbert is incomplete. Montgomery gets another handoff and runs for three yards. On second and 19, Allen's pass is intercepted by Kyler Gordon in the end zone and he returns it to Chicago's 35-yard line. Devin Singletary gets the carry and only gains two yards. Cook gets another handoff and he runs for 24 yards to Chicago's 19-yard line. On second and goal, Fields keeps it but only gets back to the line of scrimmage. Fields drops back to pass and finds Byron Pringle for a 19-yard completion and another first down. Justin Fields keeps it and runs for seven yards.
