Jeff Bezos' ex-wife, MacKenzie Scott, filed for divorce from her second husband, Dan Jewett, on Monday after less than two years of marriage.

Bezos and Scott first met when they both worked for the hedge fund D.E. He continued, “We feel incredibly lucky to have found each other and deeply grateful for every one of the years we have been married to each other. “We want to make people aware of a development in our lives,” Bezos, the world’s second richest person, tweeted at the time.

Jewett's name has disappeared from Scott's Giving Pledge letter as well as blog posts detailing her donations.

She recently donated two mansions worth $55 million to the California Community Foundation and on Wednesday, the Episcopal Health Foundation and the Health Forward Foundation announced donations from Scott totaling $20 million and $15 million respectively. His letter for the Giving Pledge, a commitment to give away the majority of one’s wealth in their lifetime, has been deleted from the website along with a picture of the couple. Jewett previously taught chemistry at a private school in Seattle attended by Scott’s children where the pair met.
