Darius Slay not only shut down Justin Jefferson, but he also handed his interception ball to James Harden.

"I told him he gotta get on the JUGS with me," Eagles receiver DeVonta Smith said. Then Hurts made his only mistake of the game, dumping the ball off over the middle to Kenny Gainwell, who couldn't corral the pass. Slay also had a second interception midway through the fourth quarter, when he was one-on-one with Vikings star receiver Justin Jefferson in the back of the end zone. Kris Boyd picked the ball up and ran it back to the Eagles' 30. Hurts led the Eagles down to the Vikings' 22, but Jake Elliott's field goal was blocked. "I’ve got to come flatter and be in front of him instead of going behind him. He kept running through the Eagles' sideline, past the bench and to the first row of stands where he gave the ball to 76ers' star James Harden. After the Eagles' 24-7 win over the Minnesota Vikings on Monday night, the two met in the runway leading to the Eagles' locker room. He intercepted Kirk Cousins' pass early in the third quarter at the Eagles' goal line and ran the ball back to the 19. I get the chance to meet James Harden, a Hall of Fame basketball player.’ If I make a play tonight, definitely a pick, I gotta give him the ball because he’s well respected in the league, one of my favorites." This after Jefferson set an NFL record with 3,016 yards receiving in the first two years of a career. Harden had Slay sign the ball that he gave him.
