WWE legend Trish Stratus will be in the building for WWE Raw in Toronto tonight after getting involved with Damage Control at a house show this weekend.
As one of the biggest stars of the Attitude Era, Stratus makes WWE feel special whenever she returns, and thanks to her relatively early retirement, she can still go, so her returns are always welcome, if short-lived. A WWE Legend will be on WWE Raw this week. Stratus already got things started by siding with Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss, and Asuka to tussle with the group

When Trish Stratus opened up Monday Night Raw in front of her hometown crowd, she was interrupted by another multi-time former Women's Champion!
However, Stratus and Belair were soon joined in the ring by Asuka and Alexa Bliss, who were set to face Dakota Kai and IYO SKY in the semifinals of the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Tournament. At first, the group pretended to be fans of Stratus, but soon turned on the WWE Hall of Famer, with Bayley asking why she was here and IYO (in contrast to what she’d just said earlier) said “I don’t like you!” After Riddle and Rollins opened up Monday Night Raw with a frenetic brawl that spilled out into the crowd, the familiar sounds of Trish Stratus’ theme song filled the Scotiabank Arena in her hometown of Toronto, ON, Canada.

It will be the first time Stratus has appeared on WWE TV since her loss to Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam three years ago. The Hall of Famer will be extending her run to television by appearing on Raw tonight. Just as Stratus prepared to make what sounded like an announcement, the stable of Bayley, IO SKY and Dakota Kai interrupted her. "It feels so good to be here," Stratus told fans at Scotiabank Arena.
Trish Stratus didn't shy away from teasing the idea that she might be ready to return to the ring for another match, this time with Bayley.
Trish looked like she could step in the ring tomorrow and hold her own. She had told the group she was going to say something when Dakota Kai said that no one cared what she had to say. It wasn't long after she grabbed the microphone that she started sending out hints that she was thinking about making a return to the ring.

But it’s like, I got the offer to do a Christmas movie – I guess it’s a ‘Trishmas’ movie, isn’t it? – yeah no, it was super fun, and of course it’ll be out this holiday season, and I’m excited for it, and especially to, like, watch it with my family, because sometimes they can’t watch some of the content that I do, so it’s great to sit down and watch that with them.” She asked the hometown hero what it was like to be back in WWE over the past few days on their creative tour through Canada, to which Stratus was very enthusiastic. “Returning to the WWE Universe and the welcome they give me is always so special, because sometimes (you think) ‘Do you remember me? A seven-time WWE Women’s Champion, one-time WWE Hardcore Champion, and the youngest person to ever be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, Stratus’ decision to bring her talents back to the company that made her an international Superstar for a tour around Canada drew rave reviews from the fans who have loved her work and massive pops at every arena from which she was afforded an opportunity to grace its stage. One person who did not give Stratus a hometown welcome was Bayley, who was a bit like a fly nipping at her Tim Horton’s coffee.

Trish hasn’t wrestled since a singles loss to Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam back in 2019. Bayley led the way, and Stratus sounded game to make a comeback. It doesn’t matter how many times she’s gone and comes back for a sporadic appearance here and there, the reception is always electric.
