Derrick Lewis didn't agree with the way his UFC 277 bout vs. Sergei Pavlovich ended – and let Dan Miragliotta know it.

“I like the ref, but I wouldn’t debate that that was an early stoppage. It was definitely an early stoppage. “I think it was too soon, but to be fair, Miragliotta is a great ref,” White said.

The fight was called in less than a minute, which left Derrick Lewis furious.

Sergei Pavlovich believes his stoppage win over Derrick Lewis was correct, while Dana White calls it 'definitely' premature.

“I think it was too soon, but to be fair, Miragliotta’s a great ref,” White said. “I like the ref, but I wouldn’t debate that that was an early stoppage,” White said. “The ref is a pro, and I think he did his job,” Pavlovich told reporters via translator at his post-fight scrum.
