His most recent WWE run ended in December when WWE released him after he exited through the crowd during a six-man tag team match he was involved in at a house show.

According to Florida Highway Patrol documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, Jeff Hardy had a BAC of .294 following his arrest early Monday morning.

He was arrested again for DWI in North Carolina in Oct. 2019. Cops also noted in the docs Hardy's license was suspended following his two previous convictions for driving under the influence. In March 2018, he was charged with DWI in North Carolina after getting into a car wreck. In the documents, police say they received four separate calls regarding the Charger's "poor driving pattern." The former WWE and current AEW wrestler has been charged with DUI and two other crimes following a traffic stop over the weekend.

Hardy was visibly impaired by the injury during the match and Matt says Jeff "doesn't remember the match at all after that happened." He was released from his contract less than a week later and debuted in AEW following the end of his 90-day non-compete clause, joining his brother Matt in the promotion. Hardy was arrested in Volusia County Florida, according to online records.

The driver appeared to be in a stupor and confused.” Hardy complied with an order to place his hands on the steering wheel, but fumbled when he tried to place the Dodge in park before letting go of the brakes. Then Steiner asked him to unlock the door. “I observed the vehicle to be traveling significantly under the speed limit, weaving across travel lanes, and running off the shoulder of the roadway,” Steiner reported. Hardy, of Cameron, N.C., was booked at the Volusia Branch jail. He was on I-95 in Volusia County when Florida Highway Patrol trooper Zach Steiner pulled him over.

Hardy is best known for his theatrics in the WWE ring. Hardy, a North Carolina native, was arrested in his home state in 2018 and 2019 for driving while impaired. This was Hardy’s third DUI offense in the last 10 years and is a third-degree felony, according to The Daytona Beach News-Journal.

Florida Highway Patrol released dash-camera video Tuesday showing the traffic stop that ended in the arrest of professional wrestler Jeff Hardy.

At 27:14 in the video, Hardy can be seen receiving instructions on the exercises from the troopers. Around 30 minutes into the video, Hardy is asked to walk nine steps in a straight line. At 11:29 in the video, Hardy’s bag is searched. Hardy’s response is not audible in the video. The video ends shortly thereafter. The video shows him trying several more times to stand with his feet together, but Hardy appears to have difficulty every time. Troopers can be seen immediately patting the wrestler down and removing his backpack from the vehicle. The video shows Hardy’s car jerk forward as troopers still have their weapons pointed at the driver. Troopers catch up with the Charger nearly four minutes into the video. About six minutes into the video, Hardy exits the car. In the video, the Charger can be seen drifting onto the left shoulder of the road, coming close to the concrete barrier and then drifting back into both lanes of traffic. Troopers caught up with the vehicle as it merged from I-4 onto Interstate 95 in Volusia County, records show.

Dashcam footage of Jeff Hardy's arrest has now been released to the public after he was pulled over on June 13.

It was reported that WWE offered him the chance to take advantage of their provided substance abuse rehab, but Hardy declined and was ultimately let go. Hardy was ultimately advised to sit on the front of the police car, but as he got up, he stumbled and almost fell back down. He was set to appear in court today (June 14), but following an update from PWInsider, the court appearance is listed as “canceled.”
