Celtics announced Robert Williams and Marcus Smart are available to paly Sunday night in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

He went through a series of on-court tests Sunday before the determination was made that he could play. Herro missed the three previous games because of a groin injury. The Heat also are expected to be at full strength.
