Three people were in critical condition on Sunday after violent clashes at a soccer match in the Mexican state of Queretaro left more than two dozen.

Liga MX also condemned the violence in a message on its official Twitter account. Security personnel opened the gates to the field so that fans, including women and children, could escape the stands.
