To serve, slice the rolls and transfer them to a platter. Bake the wreath for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling. Place the sausage in the bowl of the food processor fitted with the blade attachment. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Remove from the oven allow to cool. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pan and carefully transfer to the oven to bake until set, about 12 minutes. Add the tenderloin, toss to coat, cover with plastic wrap, and allow to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
